George Tikijian is a Vice Chairman and co-leads CBRE’s Indianapolis-based Multifamily team. George has specialized in the sale of apartment communities since 1984, starting his career at CBRE, where he was employed for 20 years before becoming the founding multifamily advisor of Tikijian Associates.

During his 40-year career, George has been involved in the sale of more than 600 apartment communities and 140,000 units, with a total consideration in excess of $10 Billion.

Hannah Ott is a Vice Chairman and co-leads the Indianapolis-based Multifamily team at CBRE. Hannah has more than 20 years of experience selling multifamily properties in with Midwest and has led or been involved in the sale of more than 400 multifamily properties / 92,000+ apartment units with a total consideration of almost $8 billion.

Cameron Benz is a First Vice President with CBRE's Indianapolis-based Multifamily team and has personally been involved in the sale of over 43,000 apartment units with a total consideration in excess of $5.1 Billion. Cameron has become the local expert for Build-To-Rent (BTR) Communities—full single family home neighborhoods for rent. A popular trend in the south, BTR has just recently become widely known in the Midwest. Cameron recently completed Indiana's first BTR transaction and has more deals listed, under contract or in the works.

Prior to CBRE, Cameron was employed with Cushman & Wakefield where he was one of the youngest Directors after a rapid career progression, starting as an analyst with Tikijian Associates (later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield) after graduating from Indiana University in 2018.
